Selly:
I knew I should have purchased a couple
of CD's from you between sets on July 4th.....
If you'd be interested in selling a
few, please let me know how I can get in touch with you, send you the cost
and shipping fee, etc. I really thought you had a great sound, kind
of like Tower of Power with a Caribbean flair. Who knows, maybe there's
more of a market than you think for that sound here in the Bay Area.
Thanks in advance for your reply and
thanks to Naomi for hers.

Hi Jeff,
Thanks for the inquiry. I checked
around for you in St. Thomas and St. Croix and no one has them. So
I am forwarding this email to Selly Charles, band leader for Cool Sessions.
He's the only one who can assist you with your request. Glad you enjoyed
your 4th of July and Cool Sessions Brass!
Good luck,
Naomi Baylarian

Subject: Cool Sessions
Dear Ms. Baylarian:
I picked your address up from the Mokojumbi
web site. I was on St. John for July 4th (I'm in the San Francisco Bay
Area) and heard Cool Sessions perform that evening. They were fantastic,
and everybody had a great time. I looked all over Cruz Bay trying to buy
one of their CD's to bring home (I should have bought one from them that
night), to no avail. Everybody says the band sells them on their
own. Would you be able to give me any info on obtaining some of their music?
I'd sure appreciate it. Thanks very much.
